We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team.
Power of Pilates has been established for 18 years, with studios in Reading and Crowthorne. People come to us for thoughtful teaching, a welcoming community, and a warm, professional environment. We're also a BASI Teacher Training Host Studio with a well-earned local reputation, and we're looking for instructors who value quality as much as we do.
What the role looks like
You'll teach group reformer classes and 1:1s, working with beginners through to experienced clients. Your job is to guide people well, challenge them intelligently, and create a safe, positive experience every time.
What we're looking for
Certified Pilates instructor with a recognised reformer qualification
Confident with anatomy, technique, and offering intelligent modifications
Someone who genuinely enjoys helping clients feel stronger, safer, and more connected to their bodies
Clear communicator with a calm but uplifting presence
Comfortable working with all levels, from first-timers to experienced movers
Happy to cover weekdays, weekends, or evenings depending on the schedule
