We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through Pilates classes, ensuring proper technique, and promoting a safe and motivating environment. Responsibilities

Lead engaging Pilates classes for individuals and groups, adapting exercises to suit varying skill levels and physical conditions Demonstrate correct techniques and postures to ensure safety and maximise effectiveness Provide personalised guidance and modifications to accommodate clients with specific health considerations or injuries Monitor client progress and offer constructive feedback to support their development Maintain a clean and organised studio environment, ensuring all equipment is properly set up and sanitised Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that motivates clients to achieve their fitness goals Stay updated with the latest Pilates techniques and industry best practices through continuous professional development

Experience

Proven experience in coaching or teaching, preferably within a fitness or Pilates setting Strong knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics relevant to Pilates exercises Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and instruct clients effectively Previous experience in designing customised workout plans is advantageous Certification in Pilates instruction recognised by relevant professional bodies is preferred A passion for health, wellness, and helping clients improve their physical well-being

Monday to Sunday Weekends

Pay: Up to 35.00 per hour
