The Role

We're seeking a passionate and qualified

Reformer Pilates Instructor

to deliver dynamic, safe, and engaging classes that inspire our clients to achieve their wellness goals. You'll be instrumental in creating the welcoming, supportive atmosphere that defines our studio culture.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates classes to groups of varying abilities and fitness levels Conduct thorough client assessments and provide personalised modifications and progressions Ensure client safety through proper technique instruction and equipment usage Create a motivating, inclusive environment that encourages client retention and referrals Maintain accurate client records and progress notes using our Glofox system Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Collaborate with the studio team to maintain exceptional standards and client experience Assist with studio events, workshops, and community-building activities Uphold studio policies, health and safety protocols, and professional standards

Essential Requirements

Recognised Reformer Pilates qualification

from an accredited training provider (Level 3 equivalent or higher)

Comprehensive liability insurance

appropriate for Pilates instruction Proven experience teaching Reformer Pilates classes, preferably in a boutique studio setting Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention Excellent communication skills with ability to provide clear, motivational instruction Professional attitude with commitment to ongoing learning and development

Right to work in the UK

Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends
