Our Reformer Pilates studio is a key part of our premium offerings, helping members build strength, improve posture, and feel confident in their bodies. We're looking for a passionate and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team and help expand this growing area of the business.

Role Overview

As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will deliver high-quality group and one-to-one Reformer Pilates sessions. You'll create safe, effective, and engaging classes for members of varying fitness levels, focusing on technique, progression, and an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver dynamic and effective Reformer Pilates classes, ensuring correct form and technique. Provide personalised guidance and modifications to suit individual needs. Maintain a motivating, friendly, and professional environment in every session. Support member retention by building rapport and encouraging consistent attendance. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in Pilates. Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and the studio is clean, tidy, and welcoming. Assist with studio promotions, open days, and community engagement when required.

Requirements

Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor Minimum 6 months' experience teaching Reformer Pilates in a group or 1:1 setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high standards. First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Desirable

Experience with pre/postnatal clients or injury rehab. Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, or weekends. Interest in growing client base and contributing to the success of the Reformer studio.
