The Nourishment Academy (TNA) is the UK's fastest-growing, women only personal training brand. We specialise in strength training, nutrition, and accountability for women over 30, and we're known for our high standards, warm community, and results-driven coaching.

We're now launching our

Pilates programme (Mat + Reformer)

and are looking for a driven, self-led instructor to lead it.

The Role

, shape how Pilates integrates with strength training at TNA, and be part of a high-performing, knowledgeable coaching team.

You'll take full ownership of our Pilates timetable, support client progression, and collaborate closely with our personal training and client care teams to ensure every woman gets a consistent, empowering experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality Mat and Reformer Pilates sessions for small groups (5-12 women) Manage and evolve the Pilates timetable with flow, variety, and progression Work 1:1 with clients on mindset, accountability, and physical progress Keep clear notes and communicate with the wider team around injuries, adaptations, and client milestones Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming studio environment Collaborate with the wider coaching team to deliver a seamless client experience

What We're Looking For:

Mat and Reformer Pilates certification (essential) Confidence delivering small group sessions with varied needs and abilities Strong understanding of female physiology, especially women 30+ Someone who thrives in a team environment but works well independently Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards Passionate about women's wellbeing, education, and long-term progress

leading group classes or working 121 with rehab patients: 1 year (preferred)
