An experienced KS1 teacher is preferred, though
strong ECTs will be considered
A reflective and adaptable practitioner with a commitment to high-quality teaching
A willingness to contribute to wider responsibilities, including subject leadership (except ECTs)
Curriculum & Planning:
The school follows the
Purple Mash Scheme
, where children save their learning digitally
Teachers may create additional supporting materials such as slides
Subject leadership opportunities are available (unpaid) and supported by a Curriculum Leader
Teachers receive
rotational non-contact time
for subject leadership duties
