Role Summary:

As a Machine Operator/Merchandiser, you will ensure our coffee and vending machines, as well as water taps, are impeccably maintained, stocked, and operational. Your dedication to quality and efficiency will directly enhance our clients' experience and reflect our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Maintenance:

Clean and fill coffee machines, vending machines, and water taps, ensuring optimal performance and hygiene.

Stock Management:

Monitor and replenish inventory, maintaining stock levels and ensuring all items are within use-by dates.

Troubleshooting:

Identify, record, and report any machine issues promptly. Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Record-Keeping:

Accurately log maintenance, stock levels, and service history using mobile inventory systems.

Customer Interaction:

Engage with clients professionally, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.

Quality Assurance:

Uphold exceptional standards in every task, reflecting CafePoint's dedication to precision and quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-33,000.00 per year
