Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician

As a JLL Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician, you would be responsible for:

Carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM), proactive, and reactive work on a range of industrial utilities and HVAC equipment, including: Air Handling Units (AHUs)

Chillers (water-cooled and air-cooled, including large centrifugal and screw chillers)

Refrigeration systems (e.g., stand-alone fridge/freezers, blast freezers)

Heating systems (LPHW, LTHW, steam)

Compressed air systems



Ensuring all client equipment is in efficient and effective working order and complies with statutory regulations, JLL policies, and H&S requirements.

Monitoring and maintaining accurate maintenance records and completing all necessary documentation on time within JLL's facility management systems.

Liaising with specialists and suppliers for industry requirements and parts procurement.

Undertaking contractor control duties on behalf of JLL clients.

Supporting JLL's commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency in all maintenance activities.



Required Skills and Qualifications

A relevant trade qualification or an apprenticeship in an Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC discipline.

Relevant certifications, such as a Refrigeration F-GAS 2079 Certificate.

Proven hands-on experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of refrigeration and HVAC equipment, often within commercial office buildings, industrial facilities, pharmaceutical environments, or data centres.

A full, clean driving licence (for mobile/field-based roles).

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively within JLL's integrated facility management framework.
