We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities
Install, service, and repair a wide range of air conditioning units and related mechanical equipment.
Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and system diagrams to accurately diagnose issues.
Conduct routine maintenance to prevent system failures and optimise operational efficiency.
Lead maintenance teams during complex repair projects, providing guidance and technical support.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults within HVAC systems using specialised tools.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
Document service activities, repairs, and inspections accurately for record-keeping purposes.
Collaborate with construction teams during new installations or system upgrades on-site.
Experience
Proven experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair within commercial or industrial settings.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals.
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing maintenance teams or supervising projects.
Experience with equipment repair, troubleshooting electrical components, and system optimisation.
Background in construction or building services is desirable but not essential.
