Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer to join our dynamic and family team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for maintaining, repairing and maybe installing refrigeration and air conditioning systems. This role involves working with various equipment across our diverse range of clientele. We cover sites within the M25, the home counties and London. We are expanding gradually and are looking for engineers who are prepared to join our family set up, be part of our team and work closely with our experienced management team who are also all engineers. A can do, positive attitude is one of our strengths so is a must for any engineer looking to join our team. Salary would be determined by experience and knowledge.

Responsibilities

Service, maintain and install refrigeration and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. Conduct regular inspections and repairs on existing refrigeration and air conditioning equipment to ensure functionality. Troubleshoot issues with refrigeration and air conditioning systems, providing effective solutions promptly. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components. Collaborate with team members on projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed on equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and offering expert advice on refrigeration and air conditioning solutions. Maintain a clean and smart image wearing our company uniform and using company vehicles. Plenty of weekend overtime available so would need to be prepared to work certain Saturdays and the odd Sunday. Also, standby once every 5-6 weeks.

Skills

Proficient in refrigeration and air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair techniques. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately for troubleshooting purposes. Experience in equipment repair with a focus on refrigeration and air conditioning technology. Capable of building rapport with clients through effective communication and customer service skills.

Pay: 25,000.00-38,000.00 per year
