Refrigeration Installation Engineer

Up to 42,000 pa OTE

45 hours: 08:00-17:30, Monday to Friday.

Rygor Auto are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Installation Engineer to join their brilliant team at their Mercedes-Benz dealership in Kidderminster.


?Day to day, you will be:

Carrying our refrigeration installations. Performing regular inspection and general preventive maintenance services Maintaining inventory in the workshop and cleanliness from oil spills and dust Working with repair teams to help diagnose and plan repairs for the vehicles. Maintaining records of vehicles that have been repaired, using all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge as required. ? Skills & Behaviours Required for this Role: Qualification - You will need to have previous experience as a Refrigeration Installation Engineer as well as qualified in F-Gas & ODS Regulations - (Category I) Handling Fluorinated Gases and Ozone Depleting Substances - City & Guilds (2079-11), and F-Gas Category 2. Resilience - A resilient person is someone who has strong coping skills and can draw on these when life presents challenges. Motivation - To ensure personal and team success, being motivated is essential and is a key part of your role and it is part of being a brilliant team player. Attention to Detail - Precision in carrying our installations to ensure safety and performance standards. Time Management- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within timeframes to meet customer demands and maintain efficiency.
