The Role:

We are looking for a motivated individual to start a career in refrigeration. As a Refrigeration Trainee, you will work alongside experienced engineers, learning how to diagnose, repair, and maintain refrigeration equipment. No prior experience is needed -- just a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

Support engineers with repairs and maintenance Learn to diagnose faults and carry out minor repairs Assist with equipment installations Take part in Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) visits Complete basic service documentation Take on more responsibility as your skills develop

Requirements:

Interest in mechanics, electrics, or refrigeration Good technical/manual skills and a knack for fixing things Willingness to learn and develop professionally Full UK driving licence (preferred) F-Gas qualification (advantageous but not essential; we will support you to obtain it) Any hands-on technical experience is welcome but not required
