Overall job purpose

To work as an integral part of the Refugee Resettlement Team to resettle vulnerable families, single people and local sponsors/hosts, under the Refugee Resettlement Programme Coordinator. To provide essential, intensive resettlement support to vulnerable refugee/asylum seeking families/individuals who have been resettled to Anglesey under the various Government Resettlement Schemes. To source and

secure move on accommodation for service users and facilitate matches to hosts both locally and cross border. To build and maintain working relationships with relevant third sector and voluntary groups. To collect and collate relevant data related to the schemes, as required. To focus on working to achieve successful outcomes for service users engaged with the Service in line with the requirements of the Home Office and Welsh Government.
