Our Property Team is in search of a hardworking and ambitious Refurbishment & Fit-Out Project Manager to join them in delivering major refurbishment projects and new site openings UK wide. This role is a permanent position.

The Role

Reporting to the Facilities & Project Manager, you will:


Oversee projects from inception to completion. Engage Principal Designers, Principal Contractors, Building Control and ensure compliance with CDM regulations. Ascertain suitability of feasibility layouts and progress to full architectural & design packages. Compile project budgets and gain necessary internal approvals. Prepare project programmes in conjunction with the appointed main contractor. Conduct pre-start and ongoing site meetings. Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the project including internal departments, direct contractors and the appointed main contractor. Ensure projects are delivered legally & safely and within the agreed timescale and budget.

Skills You Need

Experienced Refurbishment & Fit-Out Project Manager with at least 2 years' experience preferably within the leisure industry handling multiple projects at once. Proven track record in delivering projects. A broad knowledge of construction and fit-out processes and fire safety systems. Strong IT skills are essential along with excellent communication and organisational skills. Must be fully mobile with own vehicle covered by business insurance and be willing to travel and stay away when required.
