They are recruiting for a strategically minded Regional Account Manager at the location shown.

In this exciting role, you will have full ownership and accountability to maximise sales performance and profitability of their products, through effective market access initiatives and commercial strategies.

Key accountabilities of the role include:
  • Identify and execute commercial activity at a regional level, in line with local health economy priorities
  • Carve out and strengthen the platform for the right product support and brand inclusion
  • Build excellent working relationships with the right networks across primary and secondary care
  • Working across both functions and payer customers is a must in this role
Customers will include: Payors/Pharmacists, Procurement Leads, APC\xe2\x80\x99s, Hospital Consultants/Specialist nurses & GPs within Dermatology; Plastic Surgery; Stoma care and Oncology + London Procurement Partnership.

Candidate requirements:
  • Extensive sales and market access experience in a pharmaceutical/healthcare organisation
  • Track record that proves your analytical skills and your ability to hold credible conversations with senior NHS networks
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, you have great negotiation and presentation skills
  • Collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders
