Priory Central Adult Care are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director which also includes regional administration tasks for the Region in the South West and Wales.



The Role involves working alongside the team to support with the overall administration for the Managing Director and wider senior leadership team, This is a fast paced and varied role working within a busy and high performing leadership team within Adult Care. This role is remote however there will be occasional travel within the South West region which broadly covers Staffordshire and the West Midlands, down to Cornwall and Dorset. The applicant will need to reside inside the geographical region.



You will need to have excellent diary management and be able to provide administrative and secretarial support to the MD of the region, along with reporting for the region on key business areas. You will also need a keen eye for detail to ensure minutes from meetings are logged correctly and reports kept up to date for governance purposes.
