We are looking for a full time administrator to work as a key part of the administration team providing support to our Global Recruitment (International) team and act as first point of contact for International prospective student enquiries.
You will have:
Administrative or office experience with a knowledge of the UK university system
Highly developed cultural awareness with outstanding communication and customer service skills
Strong IT skills and understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Excellent attention to detail
Initiative and the ability to build strong working relationships with a diverse range of contacts
