Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives while using your commercial and relationship-building skills? At HC-One, we're on a mission to be the first choice for families and residents seeking quality care -- and we're looking for a dynamic
Regional Admissions Co-ordinator
to help us get there.
In this rewarding role, you'll be responsible for driving occupancy across a group of care homes, with a strong focus on private pay admissions and public-funded residents with third-party top-ups. You'll lead local engagement, build strong community links, and deliver a first-class admissions experience for families from initial enquiry through to move-in.
If you have a background in sales, marketing, hospitality or care, and are confident engaging with people from all walks of life, we'd love to hear from you.
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement local sales and marketing initiatives to grow occupancy across the homes you support.
Develop strong relationships in the community to generate enquiries, build reputation and secure private-pay interest.
Support families from first contact through to admission -- giving tours, organising assessments, and maintaining regular communication.
Organise and support events, both internally and externally, that position our care homes as first-choice.
Work with Home Managers and staff to maintain excellent standards of presentation and visitor experience.
Train home staff in enquiry handling and tours, and ensure every interaction reflects HC-One's values.
Collaborate with marketing and wellbeing teams to generate local content, newsletters and community stories.
Monitor and report on occupancy, financial performance, enquiry conversion, and local trends.
This is an opportunity to have real impact -- shaping the way our care homes are seen in their local communities and ensuring more families feel supported in one of life's most important decisions.
Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of experience in sales, marketing, hospitality management, brokerage, or social care management. You will be highly articulate, confident in building meaningful relationships, and meticulous in both personal presentation and the presentation of the care homes. Strong communication skills--both written and verbal--are essential, alongside the ability to analyse data, write reports, and manage time effectively. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and demonstrate a keen eye for detail.
Key skills include:
Organisation and time management
Accurate record keeping
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desirable qualifications and experience:
NVQ2, Diploma, or equivalent in Health & Social Care
Knowledge of marketing and hospitality best practices
