Compensation:

Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonus.

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

42,000-45,000

Wednesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM Two other shifts: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Sundays: Closed

What You'll Be Responsible For:



Managing the day-to-day operations of two busy clinics (Manchester and Leeds), ensuring smooth running across all aspects from staff scheduling and rotas to stock ordering and equipment maintenance. Driving clinic performance by confidently achieving financial targets and identifying new opportunities to grow revenue and improve client satisfaction. Leading, motivating, and supporting diverse teams of aesthetic therapists, beauty consultants, and front-of-house professionals--holding regular 1-2-1s (every 6 months) and providing ongoing coaching and feedback. Overseeing diary management, including authorising holidays and maintaining efficient, up-to-date rotas to meet client demand. Handling operational management needs such as inventory control, ensuring products and consumables are ordered correctly and cost-effectively. Acting as the first point of escalation for client complaints, resolving issues calmly and professionally to uphold the clinic's reputation for exceptional service. Reviewing performance metrics, tracking daily sales and feedback, and working closely with your teams to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement. Ensuring compliance with all health & safety and industry regulations across both locations.

What We're Looking For:



An experienced leader or manager with a proven background in multi-site or high-volume operations, ideally within beauty, wellness, hospitality, retail, or medical aesthetics. A strong track record of achieving financial targets and using commercial insight to drive growth. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage rotas, holidays, and busy clinic schedules effectively across two locations. A confident communicator who can inspire, support, and hold teams accountable, quickly spotting performance gaps and proactively addressing them. Highly solution-focused and resilient, skilled at resolving client issues and keeping both staff and customers engaged and satisfied. Someone energetic, personable, and able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Bonus Points For:



Experience in the aesthetics or advanced skincare industry. A keen interest in the latest skincare science, technologies, and treatment innovations. Relevant qualifications (such as NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetic Treatments, or similar).
