Overall job purpose

The post holder will be a valuable member of the Regional Community Cohesion Team across North-West Wales i.e. working across the Counties of Ynys Mon, Gwynedd and Conwy to ensure that the principles of the Welsh Government's Community Cohesion Work Programme is delivered and has a positive impact on the lives of people, policy and service delivery within the three local authorities.



In particular the post holder will support local Ynys Mon, Gwynedd and Conwy local authorities and other public sector organisations and the voluntary sector to improve Community Cohesion through local and National work-plans and initiatives.
