Salary Range: 50,000 - 60,000

The Role



This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, problem-solving and delivering technical solutions. As Regional Contracts Manager, you'll lead the delivery of complex site projects, providing technical oversite and ensuring compliance. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll support branch operations, guide engineering teams and be the technical point of contact for customers. A key role within the region, the duties within the role are comprised of a range of different responsibilities, and include but are not limited to the following:

Collaborate on project scoping, documentation and execution

Oversee contract execution to meet technical, quality, and safety expectations

Provide technical support to customers and internal

Plan and manage engineering resources alongside the Service Controller

Act as first-line support for resourcing issues and site challenges

Deputise for the Service Manager as needed and support junior engineer development

The Candidate



The successful candidate should have:

Strong technical knowledge of refrigration systems

General experience with HFC refrigerants.

Experience of managing projects/contracts

Hands-on experience managing site works and troubleshooting equipment issues

A strong customer focus

Experience managing budgets and project financial reporting

Applicants should be able to demonstrate:

Good technical and communication skills along with the ability to work to deadlines, and the necessary skills to develop and maintain strong and productive customer relationships.

Good organisational skills, which are vital as the role involves managing our service to multiple customer site spread over a large geographic area.

The ability to manage your own workload

A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements

The ability to work as part of a team as you will be working closely with a number of suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments.
