As a Regional Sales Manager at Athena Care Homes, you will be responsible for growing the pipeline of new residents looking to join three of our homes in Cambridgeshire; Langdon House, Alex Wood House and Aria Court.

About the homes:

At Langdon House and Alex Wood House we pride ourselves on our family-feel, attractive gardens and providing outstanding care to each of our residents. Both homes are based within a mile of each other on the north eastern side of Cambridge. The homes offer fantastic 24-hour care, and care from 36-51 residents collectively. Both homes have great transport links, being within 3 miles from the city centre.


At Aria Court, we're offering 92 newly refurbished rooms and an award-winning kitchen team! The home is located in a quiet residential nook in March, the home boasts a cinema, hair salon, multiple dining rooms. Beautiful gardens provide a bounty of home-grown fruit and veg.

About the role:

The Sales Manager, known internally as the Regional Customer Relationship Manager, is the primary point of contact for enquiries from prospective future residents. Working alongside the management team, you'll ensure occupancy and average weekly fees exceed our realistic targets.


It's not just sales though, we want someone who can own the function, but also embed themselves in the community; raising awareness of our homes, making lasting partnerships and driving our business forward - our referral sources are really important.

Salary:

Competitive salary, depending on experience, plus commission.

Shift Pattern:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with flexibility to support on weekends when required.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage the incoming sales enquiries, and ensure that all leads are followed up appropriately and in a timely manner from initial enquiry through to admission. Working closely with the Marketing Manager to drive and improve lead generation using offline and digital channels and social media. Analyse sales and marketing data to create effective actions plans for each home, utilising wider market and competitor research. Build strong and positive external links within the local community to enhance awareness of the homes in their local markets/

Training, Skills & Experience Required:

Be a confident sales person with a passion for making a genuine difference to people's lives. You're approachable, fun, enterprising, and comfortable working in an ambitious, ever-growing environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with a variety of people.
Be data driven, passionate about metrics, and intellectually honest about how your work is performing - and driven to continuously improve it.
