Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering magic guest service? We now have an exciting opportunity to assist in the delivery of magic service, within the role of Regional Digital And CRM Marketing Executive
This role is responsible for executing and optimising digital marketing campaigns and managing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and conversion. Your role will involve focusing on online marketing efforts to drive traffic and conversions that align with the company's objectives, enhancing brand visibility, and driving growth & revenue. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, sales teams, hotel teams, and external partners to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
This role will encompass a wide range of disciplines and skills, including strategy implementation, project management, timeline management, customer service, networking, content creation, KPI's & inter-departmental collaboration.
