Regional Electrical Engineer

to join our high-performing team across the South. From EV mobile plant innovations to pioneering construction and demolition material (CDM) projects, this is your opportunity to shape a greener, more sustainable future, while working on major infrastructure that keeps the UK moving.

What You'll Be Doing



Oversee all electrical engineering activity across the southern region - ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and cost-effectiveness. Support the delivery of

major sustainability and innovation projects

, including the electrification of plant fleets and recycled materials technology. Partner with site and unit managers to drive

performance enhancement

, energy efficiency, and long-term electrical asset planning. Lead

audits, VFL (Visible Felt Leadership) activities

, and ensure all engineering activities align with Holcim's Environmental & Safety Management System (ESMS). Support the

planning and budgeting of shutdowns

, new installations, upgrades and preventative maintenance strategies. Mentor and coach local electrical teams and contractors, building a strong network of capable engineers across the region.

What You'll Bring



Strong

commercial acumen

with a sharp eye for cost-saving opportunities and performance enhancement. A natural

, able to manage people, projects, and priorities across multiple sites. Technical expertise in electrical systems (HV/LV), installations, inspections, and compliance. Understanding of
