We are excited to share an opportunity to join our Estates team as Regional Estates Manager. We're looking for an experienced estates professional who combines strong technical expertise with exceptional leadership and communication skills.


In this role, you'll work closely with academy leadership teams to deliver a high-quality responsive estates service, ensuring all health and safety legislation and statutory requirements are met.


You will support the delivery of the estates strategy, balancing operational need with long term sustainability, truly shaping our learning environments by understanding the link between space and educational outcomes.


This is a full time, year-round, remote role with travel to our London academies several days a week.

About you




We are looking for a someone with a proven track record in facilities management across multiple sites.


You will have a strong knowledge of building compliance, planned maintenance and capital project delivery.


Excellent communication skills are critical, with the ability to build trust and influence with a range of stakeholders across the organisation and using this to provide expert guidance on everything from day-to-day maintenance issues to strategic estate planning.


We are looking for someone who is a hands-on problem solver, who is passionate about creating safe, compliant and inspiring learning environments to high standards.


In this role, you will need to thrive in complex environments, manage multiple streams of work seamlessly from conducting technical building surveys, budget management, people management and representing the Trust.
