WithYou are recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager, to join us as a key member of our Finance and Resources directorate. We're looking to hear from individuals who are excited by developing and managing our corporate property and procurement framework and leading the management of regional sites, in a varied role that will make a significant impact to WithYou.
Main duties of the job
The main responsibilities of this role will include: Health and Safety compliance - Ensuring your regions facilities are compliant in all areas of Health and Safety (statutory and non-statutory) Pre-planned and reactive maintenance - Ensuring all work is delivered in line with agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and that all quotes are assessed Contractor management - Ensuring all contractors are onboarded and working safely and in compliance with our Information Governance framework Project delivery - Delivery of estate projects, from inception to handover, utilising company tools and reporting methods Property - Lead on building opening and closures, supported by the Facilities team

You must live in Scotland to be considered for this role. The advertised salary is dependent on experience. About the Role As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year. Find out more about us here. This role is for someone who is passionate about providing buildings and services which are accessible, stigma-free and welcoming for all. You will coordinate and manage facilities services to allow staff to focus their time on client and staff support, including the creation of a positive Health and Safety culture, leading by example whilst adhering to policies and procedures. You will build long-lasting, meaningful relationships with services and suppliers, including frequent site visits. This is a role that will allow you to draw on your expertise and knowledge of facilities management, in order to achieve results and make a real difference to our services and clients.
