Regional Facilities Manager - Scotland and North East England
Main Duties
Responsible for managing a portfolio of 100 stores based in Scotland and North East of England.
Primary point of contact for escalations from the client's representative in the assigned region.
Duties include managing reactive repairs to completion within assigned SLA's, ensuring WIP is within targets.
Ensuring the that all planned preventative maintenance is completed to schedule.
Undertaking store condition surveys, identifying areas for remedial works, and auditing completed works.
Managing capital projects up to 50k in value
Undertaking performance reviews of contractors assigned to the account.
What we are looking for
An experienced Facilities Manager with experience of working in retail or catering environments.
Must be willing to travel across a large geographical region.
Self reliant and motivated to succeed, with minimal supervision.
Technically competent to manage work on catering equipment, HVAC, Electrical and Building Fabric
CAFM experience - the ability to download and analyse data
Member of IWFM or equivalent experience
5 years experience in a similar role.
