Regional Facilities Manager

We're looking for a driven Regional FM/ Facilities Contract Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a small regional property portfolio whilst taking ownership of our company-wide key FM contracts.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for Procurement, ensuring contracts are efficient, cost-effective, and deliver compliance. You'll also work closely with the Facilities Compliance Manager and regional managers to keep our estate safe, compliant, and aligned with in-country regulations.
What you'll be doing:
Acting as first point of contact for a small portfolio of properties.
Leading Hard & Soft FM contract management across the business.
Overseeing supplier performance, SLAs, and service improvements.
Driving compliance with H&S and statutory obligations in line with contracts
Partnering with Procurement, Compliance, and regional managers to deliver best-in-class FM solutions.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring to the Role:
Strong FM contract management experience (Hard & Soft FM).
Skilled in compliance, risk management, and supplier oversight.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Commercially aware with budget management experience.
IWFM, NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar qualifications desirable.

Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office. This role involves regional travel.
