Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Spelthorne House, Thames Street, Staines, TW18 4TA - Onsite 5 days per week

Role Overview
As a Regional Facilities Manager, you'll take ownership of facilities services across our main office and regional sites. You'll ensure our workplaces are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and welcoming, providing the right environment for staff, visitors, and contractors.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. From managing health and safety compliance and overseeing hard and soft facilities contracts, to leading office fit-outs, relocations, and flexible working arrangements, you'll play a key part in creating an efficient, high-quality workplace. You'll also lead and support a small facilities team, ensuring excellent service delivery and a strong customer focus.
