We are recruiting a Regional Total Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of a first-class, integrated hard and soft FM service across the account in the East Anglia region.

Reporting into the Key Account Manager, you will take full responsibility for regional service delivery, client relationships, team leadership and commercial performance, ensuring consistent standards, compliance and customer satisfaction across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver an integrated regional FM service, ensuring performance against SLAs, KPIs and contractual commitments
  • Act as the regional contract representative, building trusted, long-term relationships with Defra stakeholders
  • Line manage and develop regional hard and soft FM teams, creating a positive, high-performing and safety-led culture
  • Own regional budgets, driving cost control, value for money and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation, safe systems of work and operational governance
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Proven experience in a regional FM / TFM leadership role, ideally within a complex or public-sector environment. * Strong background managing integrated hard and soft FM services across multiple sites.
  • Confident client-facing operator with excellent stakeholder and contract management skills.
  • Commercially astute, with experience owning budgets and driving performance.
  • Passionate people leader who prioritises safety, engagement and service excellence.
