As a Regional Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and strategic planning of multiple facilities within your assigned region. You will lead a team of facility staff and contractors to ensure each building operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulatory standards. Your role will involve managing budgets, coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance programs, and ensuring the highest quality of service delivery to support our organizational goals. Key responsibilities include developing and executing facilities management plans, negotiating contracts with vendors, and managing relationships with external service providers.
