WithYou are recruiting for a Regional Finance Lead, to join us as a key member of our Finance and Resources directorate. We're looking to hear from individuals who have the knowledge and expertise to play a pivotal role in safeguarding WithYou's financial health, while enabling high-impact service delivery across the region.You will lead regional financial strategy, acting as a senior advisor to operational and clinical leaders, proactively influencing key decisions and leading regional financial performance.



This is a new role for WithYou, combining hands-on financial management with strategic business partnering, requiring a blend of technical accuracy, commercial insight and



stakeholder influence. You'll ensure accurate financial reporting, support resource planning and help drive financial sustainability across the organisation.

You will be working on a permanent, full time basis from home.



WithYou is a drug, alcohol and mental health charity employing over 1,600 staff. With over 80 services across England and Scotland, we provide support and advice without judgement to more than 100,000 people a year.



At WithYou, we work with people on their own goals, whether that's staying safe and healthy, making small changes or stopping an unwanted habit altogether. We give people support in a way that's right for them either face to face in their local service, community or online. We use our expertise to improve the help available and raise awareness around drugs, alcohol and mental health so that more people can get support.





You will bring demonstrable management accounting experience in a large multi disciplinary organisation, with robust experience of influencing senior management, shaping strategic decisions and contributing to financial transformation. As well as this, in your application we'd like to see evidence of:



Being part-qualified with a Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies (CCAB) professional institute (ACA, ACA, ACMA) or fully qualified with Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT)NVQ/SVQ Level 4

Strong analytical skills

The ability to present complex financial issues to non-financial audiences

The ability to work under pressure and act on your own initiative
