Position:

Regional HR Manager - This is a field position, with the HR office based in Stevenage. The candidate must live within easy commute of this location ideally no longer than 30 minutes away.

Contracted Hours:

40 hours per week - Permanent Position

Location:

Covering operational areas across London and on the outskirts of London.

Salary

: Up to 55,000 per annum Plus London Weighting Allowance Depending on Experience and Qualifications.

The Role



This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong and dynamic, experienced HR professional to join our team working as a Regional HR Manager supporting multiple venues based around the London Region.

As the Regional HR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting venues with a range of HR and ER issues across the region, working specifically with Regional, Area and Venue Managers. You will be the first point of contact and will lead on high volume employee related issues.

You will lead on complex cases up to and including absence management, grievances, appeals, dismissals, and tribunals. In addition to this you will work with Venue & Area Managers with regards to recruitment gaps. You will deliver face to face training workshops to support with the up skilling and development of our employees.

There will be opportunity to work alongside the Senior Management Team on key projects.

Who are we looking for?



We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and able to take on a challenge. You will have a professional, can-do attitude and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

You should live within a 30 commute of our Stevenage venue and must have a Clean UK driving Licence. You will be regularly travelling to venues within London and on the outskirts of London and there may be a sporadic need to do overnight stays depending on business requirements.

You will have previous HR Management experience, preferably 2-3 years, in a multi-site environment. You need to be passionate about delivering an outstanding service and driven to succeed.

Required experience:



HR Manager: 2 - 3 years

Must have - CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum - CIPD Level 7 (Desirable)

Multi-Site experience (Desirable)
