West Hallam Fleet Depot (with travel to regional dealerships)

In this key role, you'll collaborate closely with the wider HR team and Brand Director to champion engagement, development, wellbeing, and growth initiatives. You'll also support managers with employee relations matters, helping to create a positive and high-performing workplace.

What You'll Be Doing




As a Regional HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Providing advice and guidance on all employee relations (ER) matters Supporting the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding Managing regional compliance checks (e.g. driver licences, background checks) Coordinating and analysing the annual Employee Engagement Survey Leading and contributing to HR projects and initiatives Administering contracts, job descriptions, and absence records Supporting the annual Performance Development Review (PDR) process Using HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform decisions Driving a positive employee experience and contributing to a strong organisational culture

What We're Looking For




You'll thrive in this role if you:

Hold (or are working towards) a minimum

CIPD Level 3

qualification (or have equivalent experience) Have strong relationship-building and communication skills Are highly organised with good time management Demonstrate adaptability, initiative, and a solutions-focused mindset Stay informed on employment law and industry developments Have experience with

iTrent

and

Tribepad

(desirable, not essential)
