What You'll Be Doing
As the Regional Lead Maintenance Engineer, you'll oversee all maintenance activity across multiple depots, leading your team to deliver safe, efficient, and proactive maintenance solutions.
Manage and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across fixed and mobile plant.
Lead, develop, and support your team, setting high standards for safety, performance, and reliability.
Plan and allocate work to minimise downtime and maintain production efficiency.
Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement across all maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and procedures.
Utilise CMMS systems to track performance, optimise scheduling, and manage critical spares.
About You
You're an experienced maintenance professional with a strong technical foundation and proven leadership skills. You can balance hands-on support with strategic oversight while driving reliability and developing your team.
Proven experience in a maintenance or engineering lead role, ideally across multiple sites.
Background in heavy engineering, construction, steel, or similar environments.
Multi-skilled with a mechanical or electrical bias (both advantageous).
Confident using CMMS and performance data to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Excellent communicator who can engage effectively from shop floor to senior management.
