We are a leading independent estate agent, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to oversee and drive the lettings performance across
four offices

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the lettings teams across four branches, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
Oversee the management of a wide property portfolio, ensuring properties are well-maintained and fully let across all locations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Monitor and analyse rental market trends across multiple areas to inform business strategies and advise clients.
Ensure all properties comply with relevant legislation and health and safety regulations across all offices.
Prepare and present detailed lettings performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Address and resolve any escalated issues or disputes that arise during the lettings process, maintaining company standards across all branches.
Identify and drive opportunities for business growth, working towards achieving lettings targets and key performance indicators for each location.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in a lettings management or senior lettings role, ideally across multiple offices or a large portfolio.
Strong leadership and multi-team management skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
ARLA Qualified (or similar) preferred but not essential
Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Good knowledge of the local rental markets is advantageous.
A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel between offices required).
