Regional Manager Complex Care North West & North East England

North East England, United Kingdom

Job Description

At Community Integrated Care, we're not just a charity-we're a movement. A movement that's transforming lives through innovative, person-centred support for people with complex and intense needs. We've created a dedicated Complex Care business unit, and now we're looking for a visionary Regional Manager to lead the way.
? What Is Complex Care?
It's about managing intensity-supporting people with evolving, multifaceted needs. You'll help individuals transition from hospital settings to homes where they feel safe, valued, and empowered.
? Why This Role Is a Game-Changer:

  • Be a Practice Leader: Use your expertise in Positive Behavioural Support to drive excellence and shape care that truly makes a difference.
  • Grow With Us: We'll invest in your development-mentoring you, coaching you and formal qualifications too-so you can grow. You can then support others in your team to achieve like you have.
  • Lead Innovation: Champion modern technology, creative approaches, and partnerships with sector leaders like BILD and the Restraint Reduction Network.
  • Make an Impact: Help people transition from hospital to home, reduce restrictions, and create joyful, meaningful lives.
Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:
? What You'll Bring:
  • A clinical qualification (e.g. Nurse, Social Worker) and a Diploma in PBS or Practice Leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of CQC/CI regulations, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • A passion for person-centred care, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Leadership experience in complex environments, with the ability to inspire and support teams through emotionally challenging situations.
? What You'll Do:
  • Lead operational delivery across your region, ensuring high standards and sustainable services.
  • Build strong partnerships with families, professionals, and communities.
  • Drive transformation and innovation in service design and delivery.
  • Manage performance, budgets, and compliance with a focus on positive risk-taking.
Your values:
? What's in It for You?
  • Hybrid Working: Blend of home, office (Widnes or Wavertree), and service-based work.
  • Flexible Hours: Choose a 4-day week or spread your hours over 5 days.
  • Generous Package: 45,000 - 55,000 salary + 5,000 car allowance.
  • Wellbeing Focus: Psychological safety, resilience training, and a culture of support.
  • Recognition & Rewards: We celebrate your contributions and advocate for your success.
? Ready to Lead with Heart and Purpose?
If you're a clinical leader who's ready to make a real difference, we want to hear from you.
