Role purpose



Responsible for leading, inspiring and caring for our Front of House team working across our Legal and General, and Savills portfolio of office buildings so that they deliver exceptional occupier and visitor experiences.

As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the contract and team member performance across all sites, managing exceptional client relationships and ensuring that a high quality and efficient service is delivered. You will lead the delivery of our scope of service and achievement of targets.

This role offers flexibility in its base location, with the option to work from either our Reading (RG1) or Hammersmith, London (W14) offices. Please note that regular travel to our portfolio sites will be required. These sites are currently located in Staines, Reading, Woking, Watford, and London Stratford.

Key responsibilities



Lead, inspire and care for our teams across the portfolio of office buildings located in Staines, Reading, Woking, Watford and Stratford. Lead the delivery of our scope of service, achievement of targets and exceptional occupier and visitor experiences in line with the contract and the client vision and goals. Manage delivery within the budget and identify opportunities to deliver efficiency and synergy for the client. Liaise with our Finance team to ensure accurate and intime invoicing and manage debt. Manage daily Front of House operations to ensure that occupier and visitor experience is delivered consistently, efficiently, and effectively to all occupiers and visitors. Drive strong relationships with stakeholders including occupiers, service partners and client teams; encourage feedback and communication to improve the experiences we deliver. Support and enable team members with the necessary knowledge and tools, and drive accountability to provide exceptional occupier and visitor experience. Communicate clearly with team members and provide meaning. Manage rosters to ensure that daily resourcing levels are achieved to meet service requirements. Manage all elements of team member performance including attendance, time keeping and training completion. Monitor and audit team member performance and provide recognition, feedback and coaching to support team members being their brilliant best. Create personal development and succession plans to support team member development in line with aspirations and building resilience for Ethos Farm and the client (across sites). Drive the collaboration and team spirit across locations, sharing best practice to improve the experience for team members, client, occupiers and visitors, and to realise any economies of scale. Mitigate and manager operational issues, taking corrective measures as required. Ensure that all team members comply with the client's policies, procedures, and guidelines. Provide a safe and healthy working environment for the team, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee the planning, delivery, and promotion of an events calendar/programme to drive occupier and community engagement. Create reports on contract performance, occupier satisfaction and other relevant data as required. Represent Ethos Farm at client and occupier meetings. Required knowledge, skills and experience


Essential:

Right to Work in UK. Successful experience and passion for leading, engaging and managing teams. Passionate about strong relationships and achieving win-win outcomes. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines with resilience. Ability to deliver in line with budgets, targets and contractual scope. Demonstrated values and ways of working aligned to our Company Values and Purpose. Strongly desired: Experience of leading operational delivery across multiple locations. Experience of leading delivery of contracted services.
