The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in management. This role is crucial for driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a positive work environment across the region.
Lead and manage multiple residential and supported living services across your region.
Maintain CQC registration and oversee risk, safety, and staff performance.
Develop new services and contribute to regional strategic planning.
Ensure quality, occupancy, and compliance with CQC standards.
Lead teams, manage budgets, and drive service growth.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of operations and drive continuous improvement.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Provide training, coaching, and support to managers to enhance their leadership capabilities.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the Health and Social Care sector
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on insights.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Flexibility to travel between locations as required.
Level 5 Health & Social Care or Management qualification.
Proven experience leading multiple residential and supported living services.
Extensive knowledge of complex care, challenging behaviours, mental health, and hospital discharge.
Demonstrated success in managing budgets, staff performance, and CQC standard.
