We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee our operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and demonstrate exceptional analytical skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive performance, enhance customer relationships, and lead a team towards achieving ambitious targets. Proficiency in Salesforce and the ability to communicate in Spanish will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the region.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional strategies with overall company objectives.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions.
Utilise Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on progress against targets.
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is essential.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Proficient in Spanish is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
