I am delighted to be working with a medium sized, prestigious provider of care across the UK to recruit a Regional Manager for Scotland. This forward-thinking organisation prides themselves on high quality care and has an excellent culture with staff retention rates being high and all Managers having good relationships with local authorities. The approach taken to care home management within this company has won them several industry awards, and as such is an exciting and rewarding company to work for.

A new Regional Manager is required to cover 8 homes within Scotland. This is a well established area of the company and excellent standards can be seen across the board. The role will require an experienced and hands on multi-site manager to provide guidance and support to the well established set of home managers in the area. You will drive innovative management approaches and lead the way in encouraging good practice. The role will involve travel and some overnight stays.

The ideal candidate

• An experienced and established multi-site manager within health and social care
• Ideally nurse qualified
• Excellent business acumen with the drive to maintain and grow a viable business
• Business acquisition experience
• A quality driven approach to care, with the highest regard for CI standards and their implementation
• Personable, good humoured and able to build strong relationships
