Regional Marketing and Communications Officer in Stoke-on-Trent.

Stoke-on-Trent's Community Drug and Alcohol Service (CDAS), a partnership between With You and BAC O'Connor, provides a free, confidential and friendly service to anyone experiencing challenges with drugs or alcohol.
As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year.

The Regional Marketing and Communications Officer will support CDAS to create content consistent with our brand, including producing high quality, engaging and creative marketing and communication materials such as press releases, leaflets, Q&As, blogs, photography and videos.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of multimedia content such as film, photo, GIFs, animations, illustrations and graphics, across all marketing and communications activities within the organisation. You will ensure that our content enables us to secure media coverage, increased engagement on our social media channels, market and communicate our services, drive brand awareness and connect with our key audiences, whilst building and maintaining productive relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
This is a part time, fixed term hybrid position (22.5 hours a week, fixed term until 31/03/2026), with the expectation of travel to our Stoke Community Drug and Alcohol service approximately once per week. The salary for the position is 26,000 - 28,000 per annum pro rata.

What we're looking for
We're looking for a compassionate and motivated individual, with an exceptional ability to build meaningful relationships. You will have:
Proven ability to gather case studies for marketing and communication purposes
Excellent writing and copy editing skills
Proven ability to secure media coverage
Experience managing and growing engagement on a wide range of social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat and LinkedIn
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects at one time
You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage your time effectively. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do and has a positive and engaging approach to our clients and key stakeholders.
