We are looking for a creative, organised, and community-minded individual to lead our marketing and communications activity. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference and excited to help us grow awareness of our inclusive services, community events, and social enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging marketing campaigns across social media, email, print, and community platforms;
Manage content creation for social media, newsletters, blog, and websites (Wix and Joomla); Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries on Meta platforms and via?admin@made-wellevents.co.uk;
Monitor and analyse engagement using GA4 and social media insights; create regular reports for internal use; Support SEO efforts and maintain our Google Business profiles;
Liaise with local press, schools, and networks to coordinate advertising and raise awareness;
Manage booking systems, mailing lists, and event registrations using platforms like Wix, Mailchimp, or Eventbrite;
Develop and maintain our online shop and associated sales promotions; Promote Made-Well at wellbeing fairs and public events, building relationships with external partners;
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, printed materials, and internal communications;
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure campaigns reflect current priorities and services.

You'll need:
Experience in marketing, communications, or digital media (paid or voluntary);
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Confidence using social media, Canva (or similar), and website editing tools;
Good organisational and time-management skills;
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently;
A passion for inclusive communities, wellbeing, and social impact.
Desirable (but not essential):
Familiarity with GA4, SEO, and email marketing tools;
Graphic design or video editing experience;
Knowledge of learning disabilities, autism, or mental health support services.
