About the Role
As a Regional Marketing Coordinator, your role will be made up of two core responsibilities:
The Primary - Regional Venue Marketing
You will be responsible for the marketing of the shows within your region. Your marketing activity will blend awareness of the shows and the sales of our shows - via the venue or via our own ticketing platform.
The Secondary - Email Marketing
Within the marketing team, we develop each member of our team to own a specific area of marketing to help drive the brand and national marketing opportunities. The specialism for this position is email marketing. For this position, it may be advantageous if you have experience building (via builders or HTML), sending, and reporting on email marketing.
Additional Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, booking, operations, and finance) to ensure the marketing operation seamlessly integrates with the wider business.
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
Effectively plan and allocate regional budgets to drive continuous growth and development of show occupancy.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners, especially those partners relating to your region or specialism (e.g., media agency or martech provider).
Provide regular performance reports to senior management and propose innovative strategies to drive ticket sales within your region.
