Job Description

We are excited to be growing the Marketing & Communications Team as Todays Dental continues to grow and add more wonderful practices to our dental group.

As the Marketing Executive you will support the Marketing & Communications Team, Operations Team and Practice Managers by directly working with practices in the South to implement their marketing strategies aligned with their growth plans, develop and design marketing campaign content, provide high-quality resources for our dental practices, and educate practices on how to build and protect their brand. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and Communications.

We work with our practices collaboratively whilst providing core support to help them successfully fulfil their marketing strategies. It is therefore vital that our practices can easily tap into a wide knowledge base to aid their growth.

What your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to:

Being the point of contact for all practices in the South (14+), working very closely with our Business Support Managers and Practice Managers to develop and optimise their marketing strategies in line with growth plans. Collaborate with Business Support Managers, Practice Managers, and Marketing & Communications Team to establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Be part of onboarding new acquisitions from a marketing and communications perspective. Aid the Practice Managers in implementing marketing basics and processes. Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to attract new patients, nurture loyal existing patients and promote key treatments within the practices from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Create branded content and resources to support campaigns such as email templates, information packs, social media templates, phone scripts and more. Monitor and report on campaign results using key insights to work with the Marketing & Communications Team to produce innovative ideas to improve outcomes. Ensure the practices are making the best use of marketing and communications channels, including monitoring, and reporting on practices' social media and Google Reviews data and performance. Support our practice's dental teams in developing and implementing content that aligns with the practice's overarching business goals. Input and provide support to the wider Marketing and Communications projects and campaigns as required. Stay up to date on current events within the industry and identify appropriate opportunities to engage.

Key requirements:



3+ years marketing experience Knowledge of traditional, digital, and content marketing across any industry Friendly, approachable, and seamless customer service, including a can-do attitude and real desire to help people Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to be flexible and juggle different priorities and stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to juggle and prioritise multiple deadlines and stakeholders Experience with data management and analysis Marketing qualification is desirable, but your experience is more important Experience in content creation for end-to-end campaigns Driving license and car

Weekly travel to practices will be required, so you must be willing to travel and meet our dental teams.
