Your role





As the

Regional Marketing Lead, EAME - The Lifestyle Grou

p, you will be responsible for shaping and directing the marketing and brand strategy for Hyatt Lifestyle Group's portfolio in the EAME region. Working under and supporting the Global Head of Brand Marketing + Culture, you will oversee the development and curation of all marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and partnerships in the territory to drive new business, brand awareness, and buzz.



The

Regional Marketing Lead, EAME - The Lifestyle Group

will lead all growth efforts across brand and marketing channels, including partnerships, social media, content creation, and email marketing. You will focus on growing brand awareness in new markets globally while ensuring efficiencies. You will be responsible for providing 360-degree strategic planning for promoting brand initiatives across our hotels, food & beverage outlets, retail, and special events & activations.



This role sits at the heart of regional brand marketing, driving dynamic, culturally relevant initiatives that will bring individual brands to life across multiple properties. It involves overseeing the regional calendar of activations, crafting compelling communications in collaboration with hotel marketing teams, and ensuring each campaign reflects the spirit and personality of each location. Acting as the go-to liaison between brand and property teams, this position is all about inspiring on-the-ground marketing teams, guiding local storytelling, and ensuring hotel openings and major brand moments are delivered with flair and consistency. Strategic thinking is key--especially when managing budgets, evaluating ROI, and sharing success stories that elevate the brand across the region.



Beyond project management, the role champions meaningful brand partnerships and culturally rich events that resonate with guests and local communities. It requires a sharp eye for what's next in fashion, music, art, and food, and the ability to translate that into programming that feels authentic and creates moments. Collaboration is key -- whether aligning with digital, press, sales, or F&B teams to craft cohesive experiences or managing influencers and talent that reflect each brand's unique voice. From big-picture campaign planning to the smallest brand detail, this role ensures every touchpoint reflects the lifestyle, attitude, and creative energy each brand is known for.

We need someone with miles and miles of personality, energy, and a passion for building relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and you know how to keep your cool when things get busy. You're as comfortable hosting a high-profile event as you are digging into marketing reports to demonstrate ROI--and you always find creative ways to drive results.



In addition to this you will also need....


Around 10+ years' experience in a Senior Marketing or Brand role, ideally gained in a similar Lifestyle hotel brand Ability to manage change effectively Proven leadership that helps the company achieve its overall performance and profit goals and inspires and motivates the team Flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to juggle shifting priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Super-organised with top-notch planning skills, able to manage multiple projects while handling inbound requests from across the business across the region A creative thinker with the ability to develop and deliver engaging campaigns--savvy with resources and a natural problem solver Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal with the ability to create on-brand copy across multiple platforms Multilingual (European Languages) Preferred. A strong understanding of Digital Marketing, social media and digital platforms for marketing use A can-do mindset: we're a small team, so this is very much a hands-on role. Enthusiasm is essential. A self-starter (this is a new role) who's also a total team player Able to work a varied schedule, which may include occasional evenings, weekends and public holidays.
