Permanent - 37.5 hours per week


Package includes:

As a Regional Marketing Lead at AB Agri, you will take ownership of developing and executing multi-market marketing strategies tailored to the North and Western Europe regions. You will collaborate closely with sales directors, sales managers, and technical teams to build impactful brand management and end-to-end campaign execution plans that drive business growth.



This hybrid role offers flexibility in location within the region, with an expectation of regular collaboration through office visits and travel to engage with stakeholders domestically and internationally. Your strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills will be essential to influence and align cross-functional teams, ensuring marketing initiatives meet regional needs and support AB Agri's strategic objectives.




Some key responsibilities will include:



Lead the development and execution of region-specific marketing strategies aligned with the company's global objectives and strategy Analyse regional market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviours to inform strategy Define key regional performance metrics and work toward their achievement Develop and execute a content strategy tailored to regional audiences, ensuring alignment with brand messaging Develop and manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources Monitor and optimise the efficiency of marketing spend to maximise ROI Partner with local sales teams to drive regional revenue goals and support lead generation initiatives Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all regions Build relationships with regional influencers, media outlets, and partners to strengthen brand presence Track and analyse campaign performance, reporting on KPIs and providing insights for future improvements Organise and participate in local and regional events, trade shows, webinars, and customer meetups

Master's degree (MBA) or equivalent advanced certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or project management 5-8 years of marketing experience, with a focus on regional or multi-market Content strategy skills, with expertise in creating, editing, and designing content Proficient in brand positioning, consistency, and development within both local and global contexts Open to traveling for events and stakeholder meetings. ###
