Responsibilities



Lead and manage teams of cleaning staff to provide excellent cleaning standards Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on regional performance to senior management. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff members. Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide guidance, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with local management teams to develop training programmes that enhance employee skills and service delivery. Address customer service issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across all locations. Drive initiatives that promote brand loyalty and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements



Proven experience in a cleaning managerial role, preferably within a multi-site environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service while driving efficient cleaning standards. A proactive approach with a strong drive for results and continuous improvement. Flexibility to travel within the region as required.

Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
