Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Lead to overseeing the day-to-day operations and quality of provision across Magna's Extended schools and kids camp provisions, enhancing our operational processes across our partners schools in South East London and strive for continued growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage teams effectively. This role is pivotal in ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the organisation, where You will report to the company directors and will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
Daily staffing and rotas, ensuring that all locations adhere to company and Ofsted policies, procedures, and standards.?
Performance Management:
Monitoring performance of Team members,
Implementing strategies to improve results in each of our 7 locations.?
Team Leadership:
Hiring, training, and mentoring site leads or team leaders within the region.?
Strategic Implementation:
Working with senior management to implement company-wide strategies and initiatives at the regional level.?
Communication and Collaboration:
Maintaining clear communication between company leadership, individual Site leads, and other relevant stakeholders.?
Budget Management:
Managing the regional budget, including monitoring expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.?
Problem Solving:
Identifying and addressing issues that arise within the region, such as performance problems, staffing shortages, or customer service issues.?

Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in Childcare or equivalent.
Extensive experience in a management or leadership role, particularly within the Childcare industry, is crucial.
Experience in operations is highly valued.

Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an operational environment.
Proven experience in managing staff across multiple settings
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with team members at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to analyse data and make informed decisions that enhance operational performance.
Familiarity with industry best practices and a commitment to continuous improvement.
