The Role:
You will join the children's residential care division, providing parachute support to Registered Managers where additional expertise is required. Your responsibilities include delivering audits, coaching and mentoring staff to ensure best practice and continuous improvement, providing interim management cover in homes without a manager, and guiding teams to maintain a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for young people.
